We operate a client agreement for our customers, meaning that our customers know what type of service level they can expect to receive. Below are a selection of paragraphs from our client agreement to provide a flavour of the document. Authorisation Statement
Hudson Green & Associates Ltd is Authorised and Regulated by the Financial Services Authority. The Financial Services Authority regulates the financial services industry in the UK and their address is 25 The North Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London, E14 5HS. Permitted Business
Our permitted business is advising on and arranging savings and investments products, pensions, non-investment Insurance contracts, and advising on and arranging mortgage contracts.

Client Classification
Each client is categorised as to identify the level of regulatory protection. To provide the highest level of protection we will classify you as ‘Retail Client’ for Investment purposes, a “Consumer” for Insurance Business or “Customer” for Mortgage Business.

Communications
We will communicate with you in English both verbally and written for the sending and reception of orders. 

Scope of Service
We operate independently and therefore provide our permitted business solutions from the whole market.

Data Protection
The information you have provided is subject to the Data Protection Act 1998 (the “Act”). It may be necessary from time to time, when circumstances warrant, to disclose more than just your basic contact details. On such occasions these will only be disclosed on a confidential basis and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998, to an appropriate third party. This information may be transferred electronically by fax or e-mail.

Subject to certain exceptions, you are entitled to have access to your personal and sensitive personal data held by us. You may be charged a fee (subject to the statutory maximum) for supplying you with such data.
