Ian Hudson

Ian founded the business in May 2007 and has over 12 years of working in Financial Services. Working for large insurance companies before setting up the practice, Ian has a wealth of experience in dealing with all types of clients, be it domestic, business or trustees. Ian is former President of Salisbury & District Chamber of Commerce & Industry and is currently a Governor of Wiltshire College.

Working closely with accountants, solicitors and other professionals, Ian really enjoys forging strong relationships with his clients.

Depsite the changes in the industry over the past decade or so, Ian still remembers that one thing matters more than most; delivering a service that people can trust and enjoy - one which they recommend to their friends, family and colleagues.

Living in North Dorset with his wife, two daughters and chickens, Ian takes a keen interest in sailing and the sea. Alongside his other interests which include squash, fly and sea fishing, his motorbikes, the vegetable patch and his woodworking, Ian still manages to find 10 hours a day to go to work!

David Clay

David, a resident of Salisbury for over 20 years and matched by this time in Financial Services, is a keen photographer and player of table-tennis.

More importantly, David has built strong relationships over many years, yet still maintains a refreshing outlook to working with his clients. Historically he has focussed on mortgages and family protection, but now focusses on providing a broader range of advice, covering the entire financial planning spectrum.

A diligent adviser, David works closely with other professions and is highly regarded in the locality, enhancing the service we offer to our clients. As a result, over 95% of David's clients have come through personal recommendations.

Stuart Wickham

Stuart comes from a banking background and has worked for many years as a Branch Manager for Lloyds TSB and Citibank.

Stuart adopts a holistic approach to his clients with strong emphasis on customer service.  He has recently joined the Hudson Green team and specialises in general insurance and business protection for commercial clients.

He enjoys spending time with his family and is a keen guitarist and semi-retired long-distance runner.

Arlene Scott

Arlene, born in Johannesburg, South Africa, has been living in the U.K. since 2002 and been in the Salisbury area since 2007.

After a 3 week work experience position within Hudson Green, Arlene has joined our company on a permanent part-time basis as an Administrator/Personal Assistant to Ian Hudson and is already making a valuable contribution here at Hudson Green.

Arlene shares her home in Tisbury with her boyfriend, daughter, a hamster and currently 11 tropical fish (which are breeding like bunnies, allegedly). Arlene and daughter, Paige, are very keen horse riders, although not owners at the moment; however, they are both working towards owning one in the future.

Tim Drake

Tim is the newest member of the team. He comes from a traditional Art & Design education and has joined Hudson Green & Associates as an administrator and marketing assistant. He has already settled in as a valuable member of the team deploying his graphic design, IT and admin skills with the business and he has seen numerous projects come to fruition in the short time he has been with us.

Tim enjoys spending time with his partner and two sons exploring the great outdoors. In his spare time he produces music on old temperamental analogue synthesisers. His interests include Art, Natural History and science.

Jack Healy

Jack comes from a Pensions background having previously worked for a SIPP administration company based locally to Salisbury. He studied Ancient History at Cardiff University and has a keen interest in current affairs as well.

He has joined the company as a paraplanner to ensure the company keeps within the compliance framework as laid down by the Financial Supervisory Authority.

In his spare time Jack enjoys squash and golf however, he is yet to master the skills required for either.
